@moonfirexmusic @mollykrivers @BBVA_USA So I put through a couple of bill payments on the old numbers and it went through fine on both ends. It’s possible the system is showing is the updated BBVA routing numbers while the accounts are still linked to our original simple routing numbers.

@moonfirexmusic @mollykrivers @BBVA_USA So the person I finally got ahold of on the phone said the numbers aren’t changing. There is no easy way like in simple to find your numbers (shocking) however, this is a screenshot of the routing number on the direct deposit form. Does not match simple.
