@8Homeslice8 Sheet pan fajitas, perhaps? You could put precut meat and veggies on a sheet pan, and microwave tortillas as needed. My friend made me what he called fuel bowls with microwavable rice, precut veggies, and meat if desired. One of the only things I can eat when my ED flares.
