@Hermesparcels I have placed several orders in the past week and each one which has been delivered with Hermes has not been delivered on time. Currently still waiting for two that were supposed to be delivered yesterday and I have had no update as to what is happening

@boohoo_cshelp I have received an order for a wedding on Monday however a maternity dress has been sent incorrectly plus the dress has a strong sweat smell! I have placed another order on next day delivery but worried there may be issues again and it will be too late to sort!
