@DW8674@nmcnews Iโve worked as a healthcare assistant for 3 years, Iโve worked as a Registered Nursing Associate for 3 years, have a foundation degree and 6 years of experience in healthcare, shall I not have the chance to do what someone from college A levels already can and train to be a RN?
@DW8674@nmcnews I qualified as a nursing associate 3 years ago, we are not allowed on โspecialist RN trainingโ we can do a top up to become a RN which is the same course as someone fresh from college and 2 years into university, the difference is most likely the NA has more experience already.
@RyanCahoon6 @WeStudentNurse @StNurseProject Youโre going to love it, definitely brush up on your wound care knowledge and diabetes. Try and get stuck in as much as you can and ask lots of questions. I done a community placement back in June and now have gone for a job in the community!
Weโre delighted to share this video highlighting some of the fantastic work that has been done by Team ASPH over the past months to respond to COVID, and to help keep patients and each other as safe as possible. #ittakesateam https://t.co/rMzy2eqk6D @jamesthethomas1
