Another day and no one from @LATAMAirlinesUS @LATAMAirlines reaching out to solve the problem THEY have caused me. Yet they keep square telling me I have to pay the penalties for THEIR mistakes.

They keep saying this like a broken record. I “the aggravated” by @LATAMAirlinesUS @LATAMAirlines and @AlaskaAir have to pay the $$$$ penalty for THEIR MISTAKES!

If you’ve flown LAX you know it’s far. There were ppl in wheelchairs, older people, no one helped no one cared @AlaskaAir @LATAMAirlinesUS @LATAMAirlines

Did I mention how @AlaskaAir made us (13 ppl in the connection flight) run from terminal 6 in LAX to terminal B to catch that @LATAMAirlinesUS @LATAMAirlines and offer NO HELP before and after we were denied boarding.
