In the 2010 & 2011 I was in the flood zone for many weeks. Some learnings:-
In immediate term:
People camp in 3 places:
1) designated camps. More organised services, cooked food, doctors, medicines etc.
2) makeshift camps/shacks wherever it’s dry. Hard to map, low access 1/
