@Blakeandmild@Gnarus_G I made the switch since AMD’s Win11 GL drivers freak out on Quake Live, causing random crashes. CachyOS is the distro of choice.
When you defend these Flock cameras, you’re defending the predators that are using them to stalk your children. There’s no debate to be had here. Thomas Paine comes to mind.
They say all countries are created equal.
But then you look at the United States of America, and then you look at everybody else and you know that statement ain’t true.
See, every country’s got a 50/50 chance of being the greatest at best.
But America’s not every country.
You take that 50% chance, add 250 years of freedom, multiply it by the strongest military on Earth, multiply that by millions of hard-working Americans, then add the Stars and Stripes and one bald eagle.
Now everybody else looks at that equation and they KNOW they can’t compete.
So everybody else’s 50% chance drastically goes down.
And America’s chance of being the greatest country on Earth goes up to 141 2/3%!
The numbers don’t lie. And they spell disaster for anyone who thinks they can compete with the United States of America!
Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸
HOLLA IF YA HEAR ME!
Im seeing a lot of "remastered" Quake 2/quake 3 OST on youtube. Just to be clear: You cannot remaster something when you dont have the original files. Slapping an eq on the tracks and whatnot is not a remaster. The vinyl of Quake 2 is the closest you will find to a 'remaster'. Please stop messing with old music and let it be.
The craziest thing about Quake is how many modern FPS games originate from it somehow
Valve's Source engine was a modified Quake 1 engine which spawned Half Life, Counter Strike, DOTA, Apex Legends, Titanfall
The entire Call of Duty and Warzone series originates from a modified Quake 3 engine that's continously iterated since!
My tribute to another esports pioneer. In my opinion, this man belongs in an esports Hall of Fame.
I'm very pleased to highlight Sujoy Roy: The Player Architect of early esports.

I would love to test out ROCmFP4 on more @AMD hardware so if @gmktecdotcom , @Hi_MINISFORUM@NZXT@ASUS_ROG@OrionPC@xidaxpcs@IronsidePC@msigaming has any spare that could be sent for ROCmFP4 testing its appreciated 🙏
I developed a quant format specifically for AMD with specialized kernels to run LLMs fast, completely free and open source. The community has also started posting ROCmFP4 formats to hugging face. This is a completely brand-new quant optimized for AMD RDNA2 - RDNA4, built on a Strix Halo @FrameworkPuter
I have a $0 budget.
Created free and opensource for AMD Hardware
Solo Development inspired by the open-source community
AMD and Framework sent a Strix Halo 128 GB that this was built on.
I do have ROG Xbox Ally X to test
and a older pc (i9 11th gen, DDR4, with 6900 XT) that ROCmFP4 works on.
But I don't have any newer AMD Cards, Chips and DDR5 machines to test which I am in need of for development to make sure it works across a wide range of AMD devices as it should.
Also applied with @OpenAI for the 6 months of credits hoping that gets approved too.
