Circadian tests:

Brain (cortical): morning brain fog vs alertness
Brain (subcortical): Sleepiness at the same time nightly
Brain gut axis: hunger same times daily
Gut: morning bowel movement
Genitals: morning wood/morning bean
Cardiovascular: resting heart rate/ HRV

This has helped me a ton. I've always been just a weight lifter. Hated cardio. Never would do it. Past year I've started bringing it in so I don't die young on my kids. Started GoBHB about 3 months ago. GoBHB just makes it easier. I've found myself saying in my head "I can keep going" when on the treadmill which I would have never imagined myself saying the first 40 years of my life.

Also helps with pushing myself with weights too, but the game changer for me was actually making me enjoy cardio.
