If you’re a bootstrapped startup (no vc funding etc) in the US that employs software engineers you should be VERY concerned by this IRS tax code change.
Engineering costs (including salaries) now are amortized over 5 years rather than in the year they occur.
No one seems aware of this.

@MJL40772610 Yes IMO. But that’s assuming Eth doesn’t tank in USD and the market overall remains healthy. If Eth tanks, that probably means btc and the rest of the market tank with it
We're in the phase of the market where there's a lot of retail inbounds but not enough education about the Ethereum ecosystem and DeFi.
Next on deck: @MakerDAO, DeFi's "central bank" and the issuer of the DAI stablecoin. Arguably one of the most important dApps.

A dangerous inaccuracy to fall into, for societies, is to equate meritocracy with credentialism.
