@mattvanswol Trump & Noem decimated FEMA. Redirected disaster funds to ICE, pulled staff off of response duties, let staff go. Said disaster recovery is a state’s responsibility, but buried state’s requests in bureaucracy so they go unanswered. This has nothing to do with Ukraine.
