@virginmedia No issues and for the past week it has been rebooted several times. Also rebooted over the phone and told it's working and advising that it still isn't we've gotten nowhere.

@virginmedia Must be what happens when the phone call gets transferred to a call centre in India who then can't help bit doesn't have a contact for the English departments
