FACTS: A criminal illegal alien ABANDONED his child as he fled from ICE officers, and our officers ensured the child was kept SAFE in the bitter cold. ICE made multiple attempts to get the family inside the house to take custody of the child. They refused to accept custody of the child. The father told officers he wanted the child to remain with him.

•The suspect was NOT “just recording”. You can record from the sidewalk. He confronted ICE agents & followed them into the street.

•He resisted arrest - while armed w/ a 🔫
•He reached for the gun OR the agents thought that he was reaching for the gun.

•The lady in the pink jacket was recording from a perfect angle. If the video showed ICE agents doing anything wrong…the video would already be viral.

*Don’t aggressively confront ICE agents & resist arrest. You aren’t a hero.
