@Aramex seems your Shop & Ship division sent out an email on 30th Dec 22 and now clearly don't want to admit they made a mistake, sent numerous mails with the same old script reply taking no responsibility ..Tell me what is the value for to subjected customs duty in UAE now?

In accordance with the notice issued by Dubai Customs concerning personal imports via e-commerce. Please note that effective January 1st, 2023, all goods with value that does not exceed AED 300, imported for personal purposes are exempted from customs duties.

@Aramex It’s nothing to do with a tracking number it’s to do with customer service from SnS and emails sent from them stating something then changing their statement and not accepting that. So you please do the so called “needful’

I have mailed numerous times and got the same reply with the word exempted removed and replaced with subjected. So what is it SnS who messed up ?

@ShopandShipHelp seems your team are not aware of the difference between the terms exempted and subjected. On the 30th Dec I received a mail from SnS stating that any goods less than 300aed are “exempted “ from customs duties and yet i still got charged.

@simplemindscom I highly advise do not use @TownsendMusicUK if you are wanting it sent International, still waiting after 1 month, many fans are the same FYI, still waiting, TM state DHL, I paid £18 delivery for this and its actually gone normal post.. total disgrace
