@SouthwestAir want to acknowledge one of the flight crew off flight 193 Detroit to Chicago today. While boarding my son realized his water bottle wasn’t with him. Crew member went back to the waiting area, found & brought it to him. Didn’t get his name but appreciate the care.
I think alot of churches should learn from secular institutions on how to develop and retain staff.
This includes:
Clear job descriptions that are realistic.
Well defined goals that are achievable and celebrated.
Constant communication and feedback on how to improve.
I’m thankful @AndyStanley for how you made sacred space for people trying to love better. Parents, friends, christians trying to listen and learn -Where else can people go to even have a conversation about how to love - even if they don’t fully understand or agree? 🧵
