@FirstBSA Temple Meads train station. Honestly she is so cold. Doesn't acknowledge people at all. The second my feet are on the steps she pulls off. I almost fell down this morning and in actually so fed up with it. I know I'm not the only one!

@FirstBSA just a quick complaint on behalf of everyone else who uses the A1 Airport Flyer to Bristol Airport. The woman driving the 06:23 bus to the Airport needs to be spoken to because she's driving way too aggressively, especially as she accelerates and brakes.
