@LawrieHooper Of course they aren’t, it seems like you and Dr Haywood both dismiss it ! we will see how popular you are when September comes around then I guess- I assume you won’t be posting any info on social media about your policies if you don’t care for it!
@LawrieHooper And that there lies the problem- social media IS the manx public, so to dismiss that is essentially saying you don’t care what the manx public think! I’m sure you’d be a fan if they were singing your praises :)
@LawrieHooper I really don’t think it has, it’s been a shit show for the last 5 years- Can you note 5 positive things you’ve done for the island? I can only think of your push to get the bishop out of Tynwald (albeit I agree with) however wasted how many hours of tynwald?
@Mike_Holt_GTM Just whenever it feels like he’s starting to hit a bit of form he drops him, very strange management, especially when macallister has been so poor. Hopefully both wrong yep🙏
@ryanjdean95 To be fair he hadn’t missed a pen in his career before he joined us, 15/15 or something like that. Has missed everyone one for us though 🤣 cursed
@LawrieHooper@Nuna1277 Biogas makes a lot of sense imo. If you created it on island you could get buy in from local farmers and then redestribute organic fertiliser to them once the anaerobic digestion was done- could also see if the hospital could use the C02. Brings people along the journey 👍🏻
@LawrieHooper@Nuna1277 And on days when it’s not windy or sunny? Which we get a fair few of here, we’d be buying the power back from the grid at a premium instead of generating ourselves? Upwards of £300 mwh on some days.Your view in theory would make sense, but if it actually happens is another thing
