Week 4 of sharing interesting web3 projects you probably never heard about:
@3f_xyz
3F is building the infrastructure for leveraged exposure to tokenized real-world assets on top of the @Morpho stack.
Most RWA products today are still passive. You buy a tokenized fund, deposit into a vault, or hold a credit product and wait. 3F is making these assets more useful inside DeFi by adding lending, leverage, rebalancing, bridge facilities, and liquidation infrastructure around them.
Unlike ETH or USDC, RWAs do not always support instant entry or exit. Settlement can take time, liquidity can be fragmented, and redemptions are often constrained by the underlying asset.
For these assets to become meaningful onchain collateral, users need more than tokenization. They need ways to borrow against them, lever them, manage risk, and access liquidity around slower-moving real-world assets.
To solve this issue, 3F introduced 2 core concepts, Intents and Bridge Facilitators.
Users deposit into an onchain Intent that defines the target leverage. A Bridge Facilitator provides short-term capital while the underlying RWA protocol settles, and smart contracts enforce repayment before users can withdraw.
This is where RWAs start moving from passive products into actual DeFi primitives.

As Keyrock’s @0xbenharvey notes in our latest report, the 12 months from May ‘26 could be transformational for the European Bitcoin treasury company sector.
For that to happen, 3 analytical questions will need to be resolved…
🧵1/4
Key Insights 📊 8 June 2026
BTC fell 14%, having broken $60K intraday for the first time since 2024. The NDX was down 4.5%, ending a nine week run of consecutive gains, while Gold failed to provide a safe haven bid, down 4.9% on the week. DXY, up 1.1%, took the flow instead.
We analysed 6 European capital markets and 13 listed Bitcoin treasury companies.
The result? The first systematic analysis of the entire European Bitcoin Treasury Company sector.
Report lands tomorrow. With: @smarterwebuk@_ALCPB@H100Group@stackbtc_@bitcoinhodlco
Mellow has a new face.
The old site explained what Mellow was.
The new one points at where onchain finance is going – the vault layer underneath institutional earn, in one place.

Key Insights 📊 1 June 2026
The inflation-hedge trade came apart last week. A softer April PCE pulled the hawkish bid out of the long end, and the basket that had run since the April CPI shock sold at once, gold and BTC falling together while equities took the duration relief
The stack is evolving in real time.
Settlement layers, wallets, payment protocols, marketplaces, and governance frameworks are all being built simultaneously by different players.
Each player is optimising for a different layer of machine commerce.
In our 12 Charts to Watch in 2026, we predicted non-stablecoin RWA AUM would grow >4x and outpace stablecoins.
Five months in, RWA is up 1.71x vs stablecoins at 1.56x. We're on pace to clear 2025's 3.4x

Key Insights 📊 25 May 2026
A rate market that would not soften kept risk pinned all week, hawkish Fed minutes pushing yields up for a second straight week. Bitcoin held near $77k as oil slid below $100 on US-Iran deal hopes and volatility drained out, waiting on a catalyst.

For a decade, Web3 and TradFi argued.
In 2026, they're sitting at the same table.
In 10 days, Jenny Johnson (CEO @FTDA_US, $1.5T AUM) and @adam3us (Co-Founder, @Blockstream , inventor of Hashcash) open Proof of Talk 2026 on the same stage.
That fireside is the thesis of the entire event.
