@mothman_47 When dynamic lights are involved it adds a lot of depth to each surface. But I'm not 100% sold on the effect on every asset. So far I've been selectively applying normal maps to key set dressing (crates, sandbags, etc) and using a tileable basic normal map on everything else.
Certs are fun to chase down, the new haunting feeling on the map is 10/10 atmosphere. The cradle is a nice QoL addition also. Iโm looking forward to exploring that system more.
Marathon S2 feels measurably better than S1. The increase in blue tier loot and the Duos playlist make a massive difference. Night DM is also an incredible map, far more fun to play than daytime DM. @MarathonTheGame@MarathonDevTeam
@SkunkDev Out of curiosity, what are the telltale engine visuals in these images? I'd like to create as much disparity between my games visuals and the engines defaults as much as possible (within reason).
