#RCT comparing #RYGB and #LSG shows at 3-year postop, RYGB is better in weight-related QOL, reflux, weight loss, DM2 remission. No difference in abdominal pain, indigestion, diarrhea, dumping, & depression and binge eating. This info should be included in the preop consent
