@virginmedia Success with the 0345 602 4200 number, thanks, and all queries answered.
Turns out it’s the number for the Virgin Media Finance team. With a nod to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, it might be worth making the number easily visible on the Virgin Media website.
@virginmedia I appreciate that you can’t speak about specifics on this platform.
As per my previous messages, all I want is a Virgin Media contact number that isn’t one of those above that will allow me to speak to someone about my mobile phone devices repayments
@virginmedia 1. I don’t need access to a portal and haven’t forgot a password.
2. I need to speak to someone about mobile phone devices repayments.
3. I’ve called 0345 600 0789 and agents on that number can’t help.
As I’ve mentioned, Elon Musk can send people into space and back safely.
@virginmedia The mobile phone device repayments are still with Virgin Media. I called O2 in the first instance and was advised that only Virgin Media can answer my questions. That’s when the problems started and why we’re having this conversation on X.
@virginmedia Mobile phone device repayments.
Elon Musk can send people into space and get them back with the same amount of arms and legs.
Surely it can’t be as difficult as that to provide a telephone number that allows me to speak to the correct department?
@virginmedia I’ve used the number above and other contact numbers shown on the Virgin Media website. Every call has resulted in me being transferred and then cut off.
For a communications organisation it doesn’t feel that verbal communication with customers is the number one priority
@virginmedia A great help will be providing a direct telephone number that allows me to speak to someone about my account without being transferred and cut off.
The “Help” telephone numbers provided on your website are anything but helpful
