FIFA has a rotational policy where no confederation can host more than once in an eight-year stretch

UEFA, CONMEBOL, and CAF are all hosting in 2030

AFC is hosting in 2034

That leaves CONCACAF by default for 2038 unless they do the entire thing in New Zealand
