There was a tragic mass shooting on South Street, one of the most heavily policed (& surveilled) blocks of the city. Of 3 shooters, one was 10-15 ft from an officer when the shooting started. All got away, nobody knows who did it or why.

These police take 15% of our city budget.

@SADLY_ASIAN over 5 years yeah, i do think that the latter number should be more indicative of any claim since they didn't report the total number of sales, but instead just reported the thefts as a percentage of sales (at least in this screenshot), so the gross %'s are unclear
