I see there's a piece in the Telegraph today attacking Restore Britain for our halal slaughter ban.

Usual lines, usual insults. Don't care.

I really want to be clear here.

For too long, these debates have been suppressed because people are afraid of being called unpleasant names.

I am entirely uninterested in all of that.

Restore Britain is going to tell the truth.

Halal and kosher slaughter is vile. Barbaric. Un-British.

Both must be banned.

The animal's throat is sliced whilst fully conscious, and it bleeds to death in the most unimaginable pain.

I don't particularly care if people get offended.

This is Britain, and we do things our way. We treat our animals with care and dignity.

Obviously Starmer won't ban halal slaughter, neither will Farage or the Tories.

An "asylum seeker" from Sudan danced and laughed after murdering a Walsall hotel worker in a "vicious and frenzied attack" on a train station platform, a trial has heard.

Prosecutors allege Deng Majek, who claims to be 19, stabbed 27-year-old Rhiannon Whyte 23 times with a screwdriver at Bescot Stadium railway station on 20 October 2024. She died in hospital three days later.

Opening the case for the prosecution at Wolverhampton Crown Court, Michelle Heeley KC told the jury that the defendant was "clearly excited about what he had done".
