@prococoach Thatโs really good, certainly with academy coaching and grassroots these are great environments to experiment with ideas and different sessions. But without reflection you canโt learn โฝ๏ธ

@rik_may Love that @rik_may ๐๐ฝ It is all about enjoyment and the experience. A great coach I had at Man Utd (Tony Whelan) always said it should feel like Christmas Day everyday you go to training.
