The Mustangs finished their spring break trip to southern Il and Ky w/a 7-0 win against Graves County, KY. We went 3-1 on the trip and we are now 4-1. Southwell hit his 2nd grand slam of the year and Schassburger also hit a solo 💣. Bevil picked up his 1st varsity win. NWI bound.

Danny Schassburger is your Mustang Player of the Game against Graves County, KY. The senior went 1/3 with a solo 💣. He also pitched two innings of shutout out baseball on the mound in relief, striking out 3.

We celebrated freshman Donovan Craig’s IHSAA class 4A all-state first team recognition at our fall call-out meeting yesterday. He is most likely the 1st freshmen to earn this honor in the history of MHS baseball. certainly the last 30 years. Way to go Dono! Sky is the limit!⚾️⚾️
