Nigeria is just not a serious country: no proper data, no self-awareness whatsoever.

Also, Nigeria is the only country that does not properly classify its weather into summer, winter, spring and the rest. They just use rainy and dry seasons. A very anyhow set of people.

[Engr. Olúwafémi Patriot 🇳🇬 🇬🇧 @Dannyounge]

It does while growing up in Nigeria; there are times when by 6pm everywhere is dark. That’s the same as the shorter days and longer nights experienced in other parts of the world.

I can’t remember what month it happens in Nigeria, but it happens year in, year out.

Time zones change to balance local daylight with the way the Earth rotates.
However in Nigeria due to our geography is located close to the Earth’s equator. The amount of daylight we receive does not change between summer and winter(assuming we have those seasons lol). There is no reason to adjust the clocks.

Passports may soon go digital, or shrink to a single page.

All 29 Schengen countries have stopped stamping passports. The UK, Canada and the USA rarely stamp them either. Neither do many other countries I haven't even visited yet.

So why am I still carrying a 64-page booklet?
