@AmazonHelp Thank you for reiterating exactly what I've said above - I shouldn't have to wait 48 hours to get a resolution to goods purchased and paid for with a specific day delivery at checkout only to be told it went missing or is misdelivered and nothing will be done about it for 48hours

Not sure why @AmazonUK can't tell me where my parcels are and I have to wait a ridiculous 48 hours before anything can be done about it. Somewhere in between "Out for delivery" to "Delivered" (haven't received anything btw) the parcels have disappeared and nobody can tell me why?
