@LEGOLANDWindsor guest services did listen and said that would not be the case. We had a great day other than being told others have paid more so you wait on lazer raiders and we over heard swearing during a phone conversation from a staff member on story book creek in the picture station

@LEGOLANDWindsor just stood in the queue for lazer raiders where staff have told us that the fast track and queue bot people will get on and until they are clear we wont as they have paid. Not even 50/50 going on. They forget we purchased tickets and annual passes
