@yvonnalynn@capo4ever61@_rathbone It allows for a judge to apply discretion to all cases (vs just for the straight people) and no, it doesn’t blanket allow a 24 year old to groom a 14 year old without repercussion. I swear y’all’s two brain cells are always fighting for attention.
@yvonnalynn@capo4ever61@_rathbone It’s almost like you’re misrepresenting the law to fit your narrative. Wonder why. The law applies the SAME RULES ALREADY EXISTING FOR HETEROSEXUAL INDIVIDUALS to prevent discrimination against LGBTQ+ folks who faced much harsher penalties for the same things.
@AATHobby If I want to cancel B&W I assume chargeback is my only recourse right now unless I’m comfortable waiting until all your chargebacks are done, yeah?
@AATHobby @TheDannyFX And to be ultra clear. the thing is that I really didn’t want to file a chargeback. I legit waited for over a week since you said refund would take 3-5 business days but hearing chargeback was my quickest recourse was disheartening. I don’t want you to eat $15 per transaction.
@AATHobby @TheDannyFX No I get that I just mean I’ve never been told a refund is not possible and I have to chargeback. That’s somehow the craziest part of this entire saga. I appreciate you’re doing your best but this has been start to finish a really bad experience.
@TheDannyFX @AATHobby Literally same. This is the craziest experience I’ve ever had with any shop, Pokemon or otherwise. I’ve never been flat denied a refund because they’re getting so many chargebacks. The attempt at transparency is good but it’s just missing every single time.
@AATHobby Any update here? How are refunds not processed immediately on order cancellation? I want to give you the benefit of the doubt but given you strung us along for a month and cancelled our orders, I’m having difficulty trusting this refund is being processed.
@AATHobby I mean I think folks have a right to be upset. I understand you might have thought you could fulfill but we still got strung along for a month post release. It’s a really bad customer experience and now people are rightfully worried about their B+W orders.
@AATHobby As others have mentioned, the email specifically says we have not been refunded. How long do you expect that process to take? Do we have to chargeback to receive our refund?
@AATHobby I have not received any notice of my shipment. Do we have a clear idea of when these shipments will be made? It’s been this week for 4 weeks now. I can’t get a reply to anything
