Here's my conversation with @NeriOxman, a brilliant designer, engineer, scientist, artist, and one of the most fascinating and kind-hearted human beings I've ever gotten the chance to know. This was truly an honor and a pleasure. https://t.co/Pfg3rQFcdf
We can't recycling our way out of this
This used to be Guatemala's coast.
If we don't act, there'll be more plastic than fish in the sea by 2050.
Last year, we made a lot of 238 million tons of single-use plastic. Only only of which a small bit got recycled.
We need to stop using things once and throwing them away.
Instead of just recycling, we should also:
- refill
- reuse
- collect
- reduce
- recycle
- eliminate
- ecodesign
By doing all these, we can stop plastic from hurting our world.
Please share so others can see this! ♻️
Thanks to @4ocean for the video and cleaning up. You're awesome!

Sich auf eine um 4 Grad heißere Erde einstellen heißt, sich auf einen fast unbewohnbaren Planeten einzustellen. Mehr als 90% der Menschheit müsste migrieren - oder sterben.
If Sweden's forests were old and carbon rich instead of young and carbon poor, they could store additional carbon dioxide equivalent of about at least 3,342 Mton. The reason they aren't is mainly because of Swedish forestry; https://t.co/HssIIeiKo4
Every fraction of a degree matters. Every day matters.
Limiting global temperature rise is still possible, but only through concrete, urgent #ClimateAction.
