The Experiment

Last night, I had an idea:

What if we turned a memecoin community into a DAO?

DAOs have felt stale in DeFi, with little to no innovation. But with the rise of AI agents and autonomous systems, there’s room to rethink what a "Memecoin DAO" can look like in 2026 and onwards.

Moreover, all creator reward “hooks” today don’t allow for future changes or resolutions, and there’s zero community involvement in what happens to the project treasury as the project progresses.

That’s where I see a gap. A big one. Possibly a new meta-type gap.

I don’t know what the perfect DAO looks like yet — that’s what this experiment is for.

Generally, how I work: I lay down the foundation and add features on top as they make sense, rather than bloating the feature list with nonsense.

So far, this is what’s planned:

First layer:

A room where an AI agent controls the treasury, while holders with 1%+ can create proposals, vote, and interact with the agent, all in one place.

New DAO FUND voting rules are being wired in 🗳️

Every holder can soon vote.

Your % of supply = your vote.

Hold 0.3%? Your vote counts as 0.3%.

But, to control spam, we can only allow holders with 1% or more to create proposals.

A proposal passes when at least 20% of supply has voted and yes wins. (20% is subject to change totally based off of finding the sweet spot between quick resolutions, and safety from misuse).

Votes already on the cards carry over with their new weights. Back in a few.

All current proposals are being paused and will be restarted under the new rules which allow every single holder to vote.

Additionally, current votes on your proposal cards aren't lost! They carry on with their new weights.
