Mr. Sontakke everyday says I will coordinate with Vidya madam but no update, and it will take more than 1 month as per Mr. Sontakke.

@supriya_sule Hello @supriya_sule you cannot fight with them because they don't care about the passengers, though they will make excuses and this is an endless debate.
Don't bother your mental health because these issues were not addressed.

Pune Station management is a total failure. No updates, the train is over 3 hours late, and my bike delivery is already a failure and no update on claim as well. Complete mismanagement.
