My Minsitry does this through agencies such as Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF), which provide affordable loans for business startups. Capacity building, mentorship, and market linkages also help to drive sustainable growth.

Held a meeting with the YEDF team led by CEO Moriasi Arabu Josiah to review progress and explore ways of expanding services for our youth.

How can Cabinet approve 200B To just DO just 45MW?

Solar system on land is less than Kes 7.5B for this size.

For that amount, you can build 25+ solar plants on land or 10+ like those and store all the energy.

For 200B, Ken Gen or a developer can build 5000+ acres of solar - nearly 6X the installed solar in the country.
