@AmazonUK Why did you outsource my delivery to @DPD_UKHelplin? They didn’t even make an attempt to deliver. They posted a photo of a door that isn’t mine or my neighbour’s. Tracking shows they never came close. I had to reschedule to a work day in hopes they show up.

@Oxford_Tube Why don’t you push notifications about route changes to your app? To find out what is happening to Marble Arch stop 14 to, I had to go to Twitter and look at Replies to see others complaining about the lack of notifications.

@Oxford_Tube On both Monday and Thursday this week I wanted to take the 6:24(scheduled) from Marble Arch to Oxford. Both times the buses left at 6:19. Monday I was there early enough but Thursday I saw it drive by me as I was walking to the stop at 6:19.

@reading_buses Definitely didn’t take in consideration those of us who take the bus to the station to go to work. Instead of catching a bus outside my home I need to walk down to Oxford Road. Not bad on a mild day but come winter or heavy rain it will be horrible.

@reading_buses When did you change the 33 schedule? I saw notice about the fare increase but not about changing the morning 33 schedule. And it’s every 30 minutes not every 20? More money, fewer buses.
