@griptmedia Already the increases in the cost of fuel have hurt thousands and poor/ elderly/ low income are forced to live colder, use less hot water, etc. The politicians? No change for them as they can well afford higher costs. I don’t understand the callousness of it.

@AnMailleach Once again Ireland’s government is increasing prices that will only hurt the lower middle class and lower class. EVERY tax and price increase has widened the income gaps. Wealthy and politicians could care less as it doesn’t affect their ability to go on with life.

@duckwhacker @andruwtamba @YossiGestetner @ABC @GMA as I stated, the test NEVER looked for influenza. How do I know? I’m the lab expert who used these tests for over 15 years, directed labs, inspects clinical labs. I wish i could better explain the methodology of these tests to laymen.

@uche_blackstock Seems like they have been trying, but all the govt gets is pushback from the “it’s my freedom to not do what the government says” and the “government can’t tell me what to do with my own body” folks. I can think of any intervention that would change the minds of millions.

@ciarand77 @DublinAirport I am appalled that the ad says you have to be available for 40hrs but may only work 20. How does one support themselves? How can you get a 2nd job to make up the difference? Are there not labor laws in Ireland that state they have to pay you to be “on call” ?
