Hi @TeamYouTube, I need help recovering access to two old channels — one was hacked, the other lost due to a housefire. I still know the passwords and one of the emails. Both accounts feature my face, which I can verify. Can you please point me to the right recovery steps?

@TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube Thanks for the reply. For the hacked account, I tried the recovery steps but got a message saying there’s not enough info to verify it’s mine. For the other account, I’m unsure what email or number it’s tied to—it might be linked to a deceased family member’s phone.
