Sex with someone still Detectable?

ANSWER: Look, if you're not UD yet, you can still pass on the virus, so it’s on all of us to play it smart. Part of smashing HIV stigma is being responsible, and that means ARV Treatment as Prevention!

If you're on PrEP, you’re already 99% covered. That 1%? It would still make me anxious, but hey, everyone has different appetites for risk. Personally, I'd have sex with someone who’s DETECTABLE but I’d still insist on condom and PrEP. Better safe than sorry.

But if they're UD? Hell yeah, no Daily PrEP needed, laspagin mo na ako…as long as you’re cute. 😏

So yeah, let’s keep advocating for everyone to get treated and become UD. We're all about making informed choices, keeping it fun, and making sure everyone’s having a safe, sexy time.

Okay, PLHIV babes, you know I’m always here to support you. Pero, let’s be real — encouragement is important, but so is a little tough love.

UD (Undetectable) Status is earned and hard-earned at that. It’s something you have to work for, and that means staying committed to taking your meds every single day to maintain it. Doing this not only keeps you healthy but also protects your partners.

Don’t give the assholes any leverage to feel like they were right to discriminate against you. Proving them wrong? That’s the best vindication you can get. Show them you're stronger than their ignorance.

You’ve come this far — don’t let anything, or anyone, take that away from you. Keep pushing, keep fighting, and always remember, you are loved and you are enough.
