I'm really tired @Xfinity for months I have have not received the 1Gig plan getting 300Mbps When I schedule tech to come the on phone techs do something and speed is borderline correct so I cancel the appt. less than 24hrs the modem reboot and I'm back at 300mbps @ATT help!

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I've been trying to resolve an issue for months. Lot's of hours with chatbots and technical support with no solutions. Always saying they're going follow up but never. VERY POOR SERVICE. I used to like this company.
