I started off the day with a workshop on accessing APIs. After that I attended a workshop on managing our reporting processes using a web application. Next, I did a workshop on foreclosure and eviction data. #j603w @Ben_Worsley

NICAR is a conference focused on data and investigative reporting. It consists of panel and workshops where data experts from across the country and the globe train young journalists and get together to talk about data and new reporting ideas #j603w @Ben_Worsley

The Alumni Cup Competition is presented by the Engineering Alumni Network at the A. James Clark School of Engineering. It is an annual event that brings together teams from each department at the Engineering School to compete for who builds the coolest contraption of the year.
