@CityPowerJhb CPWEB3382738. We have been without power for 8 days and reporting since last week Sunday. Is there a shortage of technicians? My neighbours all have power and my house is the only one without power. We have tried all avenues for someone to assist.

@CityPowerJhb Ref No: CPWEB3382738. Been without power since Sunday. Had created 3 tickets, all were closed without anyone assisting. I have emailed David Makoni the Area Manager @ Hursthill, with no response. Went numerous times to the Hursthill Office as well. Please assist.
