@shania71876187 This is important to recognize. Studying is a critical part of a University students routine. But, improving mental health, boosting your mood, and doing things that make you happy should be too. A balance between work and fun is essential to a productive and happy life. #HKR1000
To keep my routine, manage my stress with school, and reduce bad moods I’m going to do more activities that relieve stress. Such as, exercising more, study breaks, reduce caffeine intake, learn to say no when I’m busy, and go to bed earlier to ensure I get enough sleep. #HKR1000
To improve your mental health: Take care of your body by sleeping enough, drinking water and eating healthy. Surround yourself with people who are supportive and positive, look out for their mental health too. Try new stress management techniques when you’re overwhelmed. #HKR1000
MoodCheck showed me your routine impacts your mood. My good moods were when I was with friends, exercising or eating healthy. My bad moods were when I was stressed out about school. School is a big part of my routine and I need to learn how to mange the stress from it. #HKR1000
@annikalindstr0m Companies are lying to consumers claiming their products are low in sugar, calories and salt. Incorrect claims should be accompanied with consequences. As Added sugars are linked to heart disease and diabetes. People are consuming more sugar then they are aware of. #HKR1000
Healthy diets are crucial to a long and prosperous life. Eating more vegetables and whole grain foods reduce headaches and heart problems. Cardiovascular disease is the 2nd leading cause of death in Canada, eat right and protect your heart. #HKR1000 https://t.co/dgw2V4QfyU
@melaniew418 I agree! A lot of people put too much on their plate and don’t leave time for stress reducing activities, especially during exam season. But in the long run like you said, taking time to relax will help with your concentration and memory, also helping with your exams. #HKR1000
I noticed that only 62.62% of people feel they live in a pollution free environment. Yet, only 87.38% recycle and only 48.13% participate in car pooling. This shows there is more people can be doing to help the environment and do their part in protecting the planet.#HKR1000
