For almost 8 years as Anambra gov he placed a permanent ban on employment..

So in 8 years Anambra population grew...
yet new doctors were never employed to cater for the sick...

No new teachers, no new nurses....

He refused to pay the minimum wage...instead he threatened to sack workers agitating for just N3000 minimum wage...

Obi is everything his supporters hate...

No empathy.... He used the same trick he is using today to win his first term...

His second term was allegedly won through rigging as Anambra people were generally against his leadership....

of the over 285,000 Anambrarians that voted in Obi reelection... almost 70% of them voted against obi.... because they saw him as a monumental failure...

Contrast that to Soludo 80% reelection votes few months ago....

It was alleged that Ngige won the election but obi was aided to victory due to his closeness to the presidency

His anti people and anti poor policies helped push poverty rate in Anambra from around 20% to over 50%....

Obi is everything his supporters hate....

Obi met Anambra state IGR at about N6billion ( $46million) and left it as gov at about N8billion ( $47million) adding inflation....Obi took Anambra revenue backward....

No progress financially....Yet he took out money from this poverty revenue to buy over 177 SUVs for traditional rulers....Donated monies to Catholic churches as if he was father Christmas...

He transfered those financial burden to the poor by increasing universities tuition fee by as high as almost 300% in some courses

There were claims, he said tertiary education is not for the poor...

Even though he will deny it as usual... Increasing tuition fee by over 200% is not pro poor...

watching hospitals shut for over 13 months is not pro poor...

watching university shut for months is not pro poor....

Obi is everything his supporters hate...

Those working hard to dump him in Aso Rock are doing so on Ethnic ground, religious ground....

His support for IPOB and probably his resolve to negotiate with Northern terror!sts and bandits...

For those seeing a messiah in the stone rejected even in Anambra....

Today, my heart is heavy as I remember the Awkuzu SARS horrors in Anambra during @PeterObi’s tenure as Governor.

The Ezu River tragedy of 2013, with dozens of bodies floating lifelessly. This remains one of the most haunting wounds in our national memory.

Investigations collapsed into silence, swallowed by what many saw as a massive cover up.

What continues to break my heart is the role of James Nwafor, accused by countless families of torture, disappearances, and extrajudicial killings, yet retained in a senior security role. It took youth protests for him to be removed. For many, this still raises painful questions about accountability.

Families across Anambra still wait for answers. Their children vanished. Their hopes were buried. Nwafor has never faced trial.

My heart bleeds for the young Nigerians whose lives were cut short. These were sons and daughters of our great nation. We must never forget them. We must continue to demand justice and truth.

No family should carry this kind of pain alone. That is why I am calling on the Inspector‑General of Police @TunjiDisu1, to reopen and investigate this case fully, transparently, and without fear or favour because Nigerians deserves the truth!
