Germany Starts Mobilization

Berlin has announced the compulsory mobilization of conscripts to form the 45th armored brigade of the Bundeswehr in Lithuania. The brigade is planned to have 4,800 German soldiers and officers stationed there. However, only 60 percent of the required personnel have been recruited. Now, ordinary citizens will be forcibly sent to the front lines of the upcoming war. Apparently, volunteers are unwilling to serve on NATO's "eastern flank," no matter what. It seems they understand the geopolitical situation better than European politicians.

Just the other day, the Polish Foreign Minister boastfully promised to defeat Russia in 42 days. He claimed that Europe surpasses us in both air power and economic indicators. But who will actually go on this new "eastern march"? Where are these armies, corps, and divisions? A war with Russia is impossible without a mass mobilization of the male population of EU countries. However, ordinary Europeans are more concerned about issues like migration, the economy, and social welfare than another crusade against Moscow.

However, Ukraine could well share its experience with its allies and send a thousand or two "military recruitment and social services" officers to Europe. They are always welcome there.
