I finished in the Top 50 this season! Delphox felt like a strong choice from the start. Blastoise came a few weeks in once I realized how good into rain teams it was (and once I realized how mid Staraptor was). They're a near perfect pair. More notes on my specific build below:

Day 2 thoughts:
Metagross is insane as expected, Swampert shockingly good with wave crash, Mawile is good but the meta is pretty hostile to it rn, raichu X I'm deeply unsure of but I haven't played much of it, Staraptor is YouTube content and will struggle in high level play

Me hubiera gustado jugarlo en Turín, but life... no voy a poder ir.

El equipo es muy divertido de pilotar, tiene "matchups" claves muy favorables, como la mayoría de composiciones de M-Floette o M-Chari y tiene buenas respuestas contra Garchomp y Bascu.

Este duo me subió a Master Ball en un dia. 🐰👻

Mega Lopunny + Mimikyu:
-Lopunny hace fake out a la mayor amenaza (golpea a tipos fantasma por habilidad scrappy/ningún usuario de fake out es mas rápido que ella)
-Mimikyu swords dance (te aseguras 1 swords dance por inmunidad de mimikyu a fake out + el fake out de lopunny + Disfraz de Mimikyu, luego barres con ataque de prioridad)

Pros del equipo:
-Facade + shadow sneak barre sin problema a sneaslers, mega charizard Y, mega froslass, sinistcha, Aerodactyl
-Close Combat de Lopunny oneshotea a Tyranitar, Archaludon, Kingambit, Zororark Hisui.
-Incineroar no puede ganarle el fake out a Lopunny, si intimida a Mimikyu se regenera el atk con hierba blanca y close combat + play rough es oneshot asegurado antes de que él pueda atacar.
-Eres el mayor counter de Gengar Perish Song.
-Destrozas tipos fantasma
-Si queman a Lopunny Facade pega el doble.
-Si predices bien una protección puedes usar swords dance otra vez con Mimikyu

Counters:
-Farigiraf debe ser eliminado a la vista (con otros compañeros de equipo)
-Whimsicott con tailwind/encore puede hacer mucho daño
-Hay que oneshotear a la vista a usuarios de Tailwind y Trick Room
-Debes predecir muy bien las protecciones, si te clavan una muy bien pierdes un turno entero al hacer focus a un target, pero si la predices tú es instawin.
-Venusaur puede darte problemas si no lo neutralizas rapido
-Play Rough falla muchísimo (aunque tenga 90 de precisión)

Variaciones del eqipo:
-Puedes sustituir a Mimikyu por Zoroark Hisui con Nasty Plot y SILK Scarf (en algunos escenarios es incluso mejor)
-Zoroark Hisui con Nasty Plot + After you de Lopunny + Hyper Voice BARRE TODO. (los tipo acero y fantasma mueren de close combat/shadow ball de Zoroark)

A team that reverses the usual speed game where slow Pokemon move first under Trick Room 👀

💧 Mega Blastoise is the main sweeper with powerful Water Spout
🧠 Farigiraf sets Trick Room safely with Armor Tail
🌧️ Pelipper sets Rain and adds support with Wide Guard + Helping Hand
🔥 Incineroar provides Fake Out, Intimidate, and pivot utility
🍵 Sinistcha gives redirection, healing, and backup Trick Room
🐟 Basculegion adds pressure outside Trick Room with fast attacks

Strengths:
✔ Strong damage under Trick Room + Rain
✔ Multiple Trick Room setters and Fake Out users
✔ Can still function as a Rain team even without Trick Room

Weaknesses:
✖ No Protect across the team (every turn matters)
✖ Needs proper Trick Room setup to work best
✖ Struggles against Imprison + Trick Room

Once Trick Room is active, your slower Pokemon move first and start dealing huge damage 🌊🔥
