Das Europäische Parlament,
- unter Hinweis auf alle möglichen Artikel (Europäische Verträge, Fanzine der Piraten-Partei, Süddeutsche Zeitung der 90er Jahre, Meyer’s Kleine Enzyklopädie der korrekten Demokratie),

- gestützt auf Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, Platon (der Ältere), Thomas Jefferson, Rosa Luxemburg und Günter Netzer,

- und die üblichen Grund-, Bürger- & Menschenrechte,

- eingedenk des x-ten Versuchs, autoritarismusaffiner Honks in der EU-Kommission, unter dem Namen „Chatkontrolle“ eine Verordnung durchzusetzen, nach deren Inkrafttreten es private, vor staatlicher Überwachung geschützte Kommunikation in Europa nicht mehr geben wird,

- eingedenk der Tatsache, dass die sog. Chatkontrolle den Inhalt sämtlicher privaten Nachrichten (WhatsApp, Signal, SMS, Threema, Telegram, Tinder etc.) (Fax auch) an Ihre Oma, Schwester, Geliebten, Chef (anonym), durchsuchen soll,

- eingedenk der Tatsache, dass die Kommission nach dem Scheitern ihrer Einführung durch die Vordertür die Durchsetzung einer verschärften Chatkontrolle durch die Hintertür betreibt,

- betont, dass 1 Regierung in 1 Demokratie nicht flächendeckend in die Privatsphäre ihrer Bürger eindringt (Art. 7, EU-Grundrechtecharta),

- betont, dass in 1 Demokratie nicht Regierungen die Bürger kontrollieren, sondern umgekehrt,

- betont, dass in 1 Demokratie die Regierung für ihre Bürger transparent sein muss, nicht umgekehrt,

- betont, dass man das alles in 1 Demokratie, die ihren Namen verdient, eigentlich gar nicht betonen müsste,

- in der Erwägung, dass Kommissionspräsidentin vonderLeyen in ihrer desaströsen politischen Laufbahn – Tochter ihres Vaters, Ehefrau ihres Mannes, Mutter eines beeindruckenden Wurfs von 6 oder 7 Kindern (Platz 2 hinter Magda Goebbels), Sozialministerin in Niedersachsen, Verteidigungsministerin in Deutschland, Mafia-Patin in Europa – bereits für 3 SMS-Lösch-Affären (McKinsey, Pfizer, Mercosur) verantwortlich zeichnet,

- und dass man als Chef (Volk, das sind Sie da draußen!) von seinen Angestellten (die Schnepfe aus Burgdorf bei Hannover) doch erwarten darf, dass sie sich an die für sie geltenden Regularien halten,

- beauftragt seine Präsidentin Frau „Dr.“ Roberta Metaxa (Malta), ihren (maltesischen) Schwager, den sie als Kabinettschef eigestellt hat, aufzufordern, innerhalb von 48 Stunden (Gefahr im Verzug!) mittels einer dieser dubiosen, nichtöffentlichen Hinterzimmertrilogkungeleien dafür zu sorgen, dass ab sofort statt der angestrebten anlasslosen Massenüberwachung der Privatkommunikation von 450 Millionen EU-Bürgern endlich die anlassreiche Einzelüberwachung der Amtskommunikation einer einzigen EU-Beamtin erfolgt, der Kommissionspräsidentin nämlich.
Und zwar von ihrem eigenen, gerade eingeführten EU-Geheimdienst. Smiley!

Die Europäische Union plant ein #Gesetz, das private #Nachrichten auf Messengerdiensten durchsuchen lassen will. Angeblich, um Kinder besser zu schützen. Deutschland lehnte das erstmal ab. Aber ein neuer Vorschlag liegt schon auf dem Tisch: Verschlüsselte #Chats könnten damit überwacht werden - ohne dass wir etwas merken. #Kritiker sehen unsere #Privatsphäre in Gefahr. I got rejected by 144 investors before raising $150M for my $200M+ rev/year startup.

After 144 rejections, I started questioning our approach.

ITALIANS FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM HAVE UNITED AGAINST THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT, THEY HAVE CALLED A GENERAL STRIKE AND REFUSED TO PAY ALL TAX UNTIL THE GOVERNMENT ABANDONS THE FORCED DIGITAL ID WALLET !

Digital ID cards have been available in Italy since 2010 but they are voluntary with virtually no uptake by Italians but the government announced that a mandatory EU digital wallet will now be required for all Italian citizens by 2026, immediately Italians of all walks of life called a general strike and have brought Italy to a standstill.

All EU states and western countries that are also planning to implement the same digital ID system are intentionally suppressing this massive protest and even attempting to pretend they dont know why the Italians are protesting.

These protests can and most certainly will break out across Europe as the deadline to have an EU digital wallet for all European citizens by 2026 moves forward.

•EU Digital Identity Wallet: As part of a new EU-wide regulation (eIDAS 2.0), Italy, like other member states, is required to offer its citizens a digital identity wallet by 2026. Pilot projects are already underway across Europe. 

We could achieve so much in the UK if we also called a general strike and boycotted council tax payments, just until the government agrees to engage with us on democratic terms, we can place our council tax money in an account awaiting to be paid as soon as the government begins to represent us.
