@NorthShoreTrade@UAV_Corp Aerostats are a growth industry. Most helium cos go bankrupt during to low demand & consolidation in a few large players. Still helium plays a large role in tech, medicine, & aerospace. The vulnerability of foreign helium production will likely spur expanded US production. IMO
$umav @UAV_Corp helium issues will be fine, long term. Despite the helium market being roiled by war, we had a surplus prior to the war. If there’s no more damage to Qatar’s Ras Laffan , we should go back to a surplus situation.

$umav I can see why companies would be highly interested in partnering and/or investing in @UAV_Corp to get into this sector, assuming the representation of their product is accurate

This is a legit move by @UAV_Corp $umav, Georgia Tech’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Research Lab (UAVRL) has historically partnered with commercial entities to adapt cutting-edge flight control laws for lighter-than-air applications.
$UMAV’s Skyborne Technology has retained a Senior Aerospace Engineering student from Georgia Tech on a summer internship program. The promising engineer is working with our flight operations team to help finalize the weight balance analysis and other related FAA required documentation.

@AceStocks88@growthrapidly@UAV_Corp Especially with $umav's deal with xeriant. Blaine Holt is a retired USAF brigadier general, former deputy military rep to NATO, & a conservative media commentator. He has publicly supported a number of Trump-aligned national security & foreign policy positions in media commentary
@AristartheHykso So it looks like to satisfy existing noteholders, $umav needs roughly 5.2b more shares. So contrary to @UAV_Corp explanation of the 10b A/S share increase, this leaves a delta of 5b A/S shares
Myriad of bad reasons to explain why $umav massively increased A/S, the only possible positive one i see is funding came thru & they are legally bound to show they have ability to convert shares to cover the debt terms (ie 10b shares at .001 = $10M)
$UMAV raising A/S by 10B is an odd move & no major change to O/S. It unnecessarily tanks the stock & creates a potential no bid situation which would end @UAV_Corp the co. Slowly raising 1-2 bn at a time keeps them afloat. Either total gross mismanagement or somethings afoot. 🤔
A/S from 6b to 16b is unnecessarily excessive for $UMAV. Gradually increasing A/S is akin to analogy of slowly boiling a frog vice dropping it in boiling water, unless they’re abt to receive funding & investor requires ability to convert debt into equity, thus expanding the A/S
IF the $umav 10bn A/S increase is to accommodate the legal terms of the funding deal, @UAV_Corp needs to clearly state in their PR:
What are the terms of the $10M deal?
Fixed price or variable conversion?
Discount to market price?
Any reset clauses?
@ferrante821 Im not saying thats what's happening, but its something to consider. Gradually increasing A/S 1-2bn at time achieves the same goal without the seismic effect of a 10bn increase at one time. Unless they needed to increase by 10bn for a specific reason.
