@lenovo_UKI Also when the engineer came, the faulty screen was replaced by another faulty one. I had to call today to get an update. When I started complaining asking to speak to a manager, your support hang up on me. Really the worse support ever!!!

@lenovo_UKI you have the worse support ever and most rude as well. My laptop is under warranty and business support and yet I get treated so rudely. My X1 carbon is less than a year old and yet it's hard having the faulty screen replaced

@CNET @lenovo_UKI I would advise anyone not to buy any laptop from Lenovo, they have the worst and most rude support I have ever dealt with. I have a laptop under business support and warranty. Never get any update from their support and they put the phone down when you start complaining.
