@shaun_vids OCCT is a good utility to put pressure to random components and seeing if it worsens the problem.
I had a GPU that went faulty because the heatsinks uneven pressure pushed the thermal paste out.
Check your CPUs thermal paste, reseat RAM for the more obtuse error checks.

@shaun_vids Age of the components? GPU failure? Dirty power, PSU going bad?
It is hard to diagnose, I used to have a misconfigured mainboard that caused hiccups.
One more thing that may be helpful: Plug your GPU into another PCI-e slot, see if that helps.
