@willy_568 @bradyoact1v I spent 1 hour with someone to help them reset their password. They were ADAMANT that they would not need to write their password down.

So we reset their password 6 times, because they kept forgetting it.

Due to Windows 11's design, I have had to spend more time troubleshooting Windows 11 than I have with Linux, which is saying a lot.

I could not say the same of Windows 10. Not even close.

Do better Microsoft. Your decisions have become a literal hindrance to your customers.

Day <I lost count> of @Windows 11 screwing people over by shoving @Microsoft accounts down their throats:

Someone wanted to install MongoDB on their system running the service as a local user. Problem: Windows 11 won't let them.

Now that student has to spend time moving their data to a local account.

Or Microsoft could just allow local accounts and not restrict a user's control of their own PC, which would have prevented this entire issue in the first place.

@Curoar Remember the various Kidsburgs in the 80s and 90s?

I miss those so much.

They tore so many down and replaced them with generic monkey bars + tunnel + slide.

Kidsburgs had pirate ships, castles, zip lines, wavy bridges, giant tire swings, etc.
