I couldn't work for 7 days because @XfinitySupport couldn't get my internet back to normal without it constantly dropping out, they lied about resolving the issue, it took me calling them back out just so they would fix it and finally after a couple of days when the service is restored I get offered a $10 credit for all the work I missed. Gotta love ISP monopolies...they treat you like dirt when they're the only providers in town.
